The project deals with the development of a Wireless sensor network based Adaptive Management System (WAMS) to prevent vineyard pests from reaching economically relevant densities.
The goal of PTA project is to design and implement a vehicle tracking system capable of controlling trans-boundary movements of non-hazardous wastes. In open areas tracking is done via GPS (Global positioning system) and location is sent to central monitoring station utilizing GSM/GPRS network. As GPS requires direct line of sight to satellites it can not be used for positioning in tunnels and other obstructed areas.
Web platform for managing ALaRI students candidates applications, their subscription, evaluation and acceptance.
A web application to manages course resources, students grades and transcripts.
It is the core applications for e-learning facilities.
ALaRI Extranet Platform is a web applications developed to manage the ALaRI Master Thesis projects, Part Time Jobs, Career Center.
It is the web interface to the internal Database of Students and Alumni.
The project is dedicated:
- to supporting long-distance cooperation of teams of students working on complex projects;
- to develop and test a model-driven, extensible environment that supports in individual and collective competency building in virtual teams, remotely working together in projects to solve complex problems
Self-Adaptive Embedded Technologies for Pervasive Computing Architectures show that self-adaptive computing architectures can be a powerful approach to simultaneously addressing the major problems raised by pervasive systems will study and propose self-adaptive networked entities (SANE) based on reconfigurable computing architectures, and study their impact at various levels of the computing chain.
AETHER+ has been funded by the Hasler Foundation. AETHER+, is based on the research performed by within the European project AETHER (EU: IST-2006-27611). Goal of this proposal is to investigate new design principles, methods and mechanisms for enabling new self-adaptive approaches to security of such embedded systems by optimizing both network protocols and use of their cryptographic algorithms.
