My research interests are fault tolerance, self-adaptation and component-based design in the context of high performance embedded computing systems. More specifically, my PhD studies are on the self-adaptive and fault tolerant execution of Kahn Process Networks on network-on-chip multiprocessor systems. I have been involved with the EU FP7 project called MADNESS working mainly on the continuity of service support on heteregenous NoC-based MPSoC systems. Before that I took part in the EU-FP6-FET project called ÆTHER which studied self-adaptive computing technologies for future embedded and pervasive applications.
