Professional interests
I received my Ph.D. from Università della Svizzera italiana, under the supervision of Prof. Mariagiovanna Sami. My thesis dealt with comprehensive approach to MPSoC security. In particular I studied how Network-on-Chip security can be achieved adopting a hierarchical, multi-agent system approach.
My main research interests currently include energy efficiency and sustainability related topics. My work in this field is oriented towards adoption of data analysis methods for specific Smart Grid related issues. Furthermore, I'm interested in predictive maintenance of IoT components and services.
Following these research directions I'm involved in several institutional projects both in research and project management activities. The work done in scope of these projects has resulted in a number of scientific publications at relevant international conferences, workshops and journals.
