Short Bio

Alberto Ferrante is a researcher at the ALaRI institute of the University of Lugano, Switzerland.

He obtained his PhD from Università degli Studi di Milano (Italy) in 2006 and his MSc from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) in 2002. His research interests are in communication security and security for embedded systems; he has been involved in a number of technology transfer projects with local companies. He published a number of scientific papers and he was invited as TPC member in major conferences such as ICC, CCNC, and Globecom.
